    Just wondering, but is it not possible for the 4th member of council to send gold or anything? What is there restrictions, thanks

    Only the Guild leader, 1st and 2nd Council of the Guild can make these payments. 3rd and 4th can accept and decline members, and can rep islands

    We are in the process of updating the bible with a list of what each council position can do.
