5% dont work

    since shiver closed my thread i have to make another. i just want to tell how it is...it may help understand and solve the bug...my top damage with 7% was 8300...then i lost 7% and still have 5% but top damge went to 7710...i think this is not 2% difference of the two extra damage...its too low...thnx again!
