    Not really, it is not convenient question and I doubt that I received the answer , probably this topic will be closed and moved to the archive without answering the question :D I'll wait and see if I'm right .

    I would like to know where the players can ask questions to community team ?

    If you wish to speak to the CM team you will have to go onto the discussion thread as this is where they go to look at player's comments.

    Not really, I would like to have the ability to start threads with questions to the community team and make sure that they will answer ,
    in the subject of discussion I can ask a question but the chance of get response is very small , maybe it is time to open the Dev Blog?

    Bigpoint cleverly created a customer service system, between the players and the company used (buffer) team members but members of the team are players who do not have the competence to respond for many questions , players frequently receive a reply that the matter has been passed on and the topic is closed, but such a response is an insult and disrespect for the customer , it is for Bigpoint comfortable but far ago to European standards .

    While it is not often they reply, they do read all feedback given to them, this I can assure you of.

    Mad_Eye himself is not a player and is an actual employee.

    I will pass your thoughts on about the developer's blog, but due to the nature of the Community Manager's job, it will be impossible for us to open a section up where you can ask them questions directly.

    Maybe they read but it does not change anything, they probably have fun with the players , It looks so that the community team reads
    all feedback but the players do not get a response just get ridiculous announcements ,
    One day promise to eliminate cheaters and the next give a chance to avoid penalties , it has just honesty bigpoint and its employees . You can not teach a community member courage , but you can write what are the duties and responsibilities of a community member with respect to players .
