60 POUNDERS AND UPGRADES

    Hello, I have purchased crystals and 60 pounders packages, when I checked the crystal cave, I found a message says : no cannons found to upgrade, I do not know if this is a technical problem or the upgrading process is not applied yet, I checked the forge and the crystal cave then I checked my log and I found the 60 pounders credited to my account, also before the purchase I removed some 60 pounders from my ship in the storage trove, and the same message was there, so is it a technical error or I miss read the announcement, also if you please clarify wither the 60 pounders can be upgraded more than 1 level, or it is only upgradable to level 1 only.

    Remove all of your 60 pounder cannons, and go to the Crystal Cave. You should be able to upgrade your cannons to level 5 if you have enough crystals. If not, you must wait for an admin or moderator as I can't help.

    first I removed some cannons, and I was able to upgrade the 55 pounders, not the 60 pounders, then I purchased the package, so there was a lot of 60 pounders not equipped, but got the same message: no cannons found to upgrade !

    Hello again, the crystal cave is working properly now, and I can upgrade the 60 pounders now, sorry for the trouble, you can close the thread.
