    I think they wanted to know when the next time is you can upgrade the 60 pounders...
    if correct that's easy...

    no one ever knows until the day we log in and see the 60 pounder days banner...

    Sexy Beast is correct, they are rare but they do happen multiple times a year, as for when will they happen? We do not know unfortunately. When they are coming though, you will be informed.
