60s Crafting Recipe Help

    I can't seem to find the recipe for it anywhere, I understand that it was given out in a voucher a long time ago, but is that the only way to obtain it? I have a friend who started just a week ago and he has the recipe but no recollection of how he got it, Looked back in lower maps couldn't find any quests that give it, checked the store in game and the purchase store to no avail.


    Could I also suggest that the Crafting Section of the Tutorial include a bit about recipes and where to find them, and pointing out that Admiral Recipie is one time buy where as Voodoo cannon is not, I bought it assuming it would be to much dismay. Thanks again in advance :)

    EDIT - My friend got the recipe for just joining the game he found.

    I'm going to guess by the fact it got moved to technical, that I'm already supposed to have the recipe and be able to craft them
