A Debuff Question.

    It has been pointed out that the "Debuff Announcement" on August 31, 2023 and the "Important Update" made January 5, 2024 have the "exact" same values for the 3 types of debuffs. This is true, despite the sentence on the January 5th announcement that states: "The new values and effects of the scar debuffs are as follows.." This made me think the debuffs had been made more onerous, when they had not. What did I miss? What is difference between the two announcements?

    You are correct, debuff values are the same like the last time - nothing changed on that part.

    Please note that this announcement was made to inform our Community that yet another debuff action took place.

    If any changes to the debuff will be made we shall point that out in different colour so it could be noted by everyone.
