A question to Swift

My question about Star Bright design which is possible win from mini game, First of all i know wining something during events is up to luck, put event announcement didnt mention it will be rare wining, while i see so many many ships on my server has won it already! while i tried many many times to but failed to win it " always doing it perfect way, and minimum played 3-4 times per day for this version of mini map "

Could you please check my account for me coz i believe something going wrong on it?

This reward is entirely random, nor is there anything special you need to do to increase your chance of getting a particular reward. This design can be won by completing the Hexx Version of the Mini Game with any result; acceptable, outstanding or perfect. Of course, Lady Luck plays an important role here.
