Account has been reset

    Good Evening,

    I have a problem with my account. I have been a long time player from 2007 and since logging back into my account today it has reset my account, User id has completely changed and lost all everything. I would contact support but I don't know my information and the last time I made a transaction on my account was a few years back. Could this still be looked into?

    Any info or help would be greatly appreciated.
