    In response to that closed post. It is not a technical issue, the codes no longer exist.

    The linked thread is from 2013, unfortunately the moderator didn't take the time to check

    The codes do exist. If you have a CD which contains a code you have not redeemed, you can contact support and they shall check the code for you and credit the skin(s) to your account. I know this because it was only done a few months ago by a friend of mine.

    The email address provided in that linked thread I believe doesn't work now, and so contacting support through the support form would be necessary.

    Click, I did take the time to check. I know that it is an item found in the seafight bible. I also really forwarded the info. The reply was to send the player back to support. Arky is correct in his answer.
