    I forgot to do Alexandros questline before leveling to 3,
    Does this mean I can never do this questline?

    No, if you skipped on some quests and the game actually let you level up that mean these quests were not necessary, you can come back to Alexandros later and finish what you have not completed yet.

    One of the requirements is to be level 2 so I cant redeem the reward, how does that work

    Ahoy!

    Alright I see, no worries you will be able to complete this quest line even when you are level 55.

    This is the Vovoi quest line 1, which within later game progression allow you to gather additional loot from The Golden Stag (NPC ins map 30).

    When you are doing quests always follow our forum threads so you wont be doing some "side quests".
