    Technical Update - AMS Phase 1

    Ahoy Pirates,

    We are currently looking into the various issues after the sync. These include:

    · Glitter Doubler not working correctly - now resolved

    · Guild Tower tags

    · Amount of pirates on board - issue found

    · Amount of NPCs in Bonus Maps

    · Light of Tortuga – able to shoot which item is active

    We are aware of other bugs – all are being investigated.

    Ahoy Pirates,

    Thank you all for your feedback on part one of the AMS technical update. The main intention of this change was to encourage a greater strategic element to the game, giving you more responsibility in selecting how you want to set up your ship and having to make some tough tactical decisions depending on how you want to be equipped on the sea.

    However, we also want this change to be a living and breathing update so we are more than happy to make alterations where necessary. Looking at the feedback from the update on Monday we have decided to make the following adjustments to the system.

    From now on, the “Damaged” state of the ship will be activated when you are reduced to 50% of your Hit Points (instead of 66% as it was previously). In addition, the “Burning” state will now be activated when you are reduced to 25% of your Hit Points (instead of 33% as it was previously). We have also made a couple of other changes. The Ships Pilot will now remain on your ship until the bitter end - even when your ship is burning! Also, whilst your ship is burning the Sternpost will also still have an effect, allowing you ship to be faster whilst in this state.
