Another boat that cant get on...

    ok folks, i had issues trying to acquire targets in the Sag scroll even after hitting F5 numerous times. I closed the window with the seachart then tried getting back on the water... this is what I have seen since...

    cleared cookies... went to the macromedia page to clear that data... tried gettin on the boat using IE, Chrome, and Firefox.. with no joy.. So, I log off the boat and go play at the movies. Come home 4 hrs later and I'm still see this. What is the problem...

    ok, it appears that things have resolved themself with the 0500 restart. I hope.
