    Please respond to the problem with the USA West server.
    It is not our cache. You need to reset the server.

    Do not blow us off. It's been down for over 7 hours.

    No response from BP. Please acknowledge that something is being done to fix the problem.

    um.. Server is still messed up after being down over 9 hours.. and all the islands are currently affected by the problem.

    All towers are missing on every island.. Aint happy

    at least now your island is invincible. No one can take an island with no towers. ;)
