    The event will
    · start at 12 noon on July 20th
    · end at 12 noon on July 27thJuly 31st (First phase: July 20th – July 25th, second phase July 25th – July 31st)
    · Black market close at July 29th at 11 pmAugust 1st at 11 pm

    Question: So it runs from when to when? And the Black market closes when?
