    The Alantis Event Quest Givers do not give Quests. Their question mark is greyed out.

    Please be aware that Atlantean quests are available only if you complete all surface quests as first.

    Why would they do that? It's totally not like previous events and not in the FAQ. With all the idiots shooting the Draco, you can't get past the quest where you need to damage the ones attacking it.
