    USS_Defender(CAG-01) Exceptional Talent

    As Defiant has observed there is a recent proliferation of Exploit Users that employ Tomes/Books that are a carry over from the Surface. As one can imagine the ability to activate and deactivate the Tomes/Books makes it difficult to address the usage of them. It has been my experience that when they are reported through the Support Portal they are usually given consideration. Not always but usually. Understanding that there are probably remainders from the old Mod War Concept that employed unsinkable ships. The concept seems to be alive and well considering the number of Map Wars that occur.
