    Upon reviewing Global America 3 I can see that event is still working and npcs can be found on the sea chart.

    There's no new quests / tasks for Atlantis - only NPCs on the water.

    Please do not hijack your fellow pirate threads.

    As there is no further response from the OP and Atlantis NPCs are back on the waters this thread shall now be closed.
