Atlantis Torpedo Reload Times.

I have everything mentioned below, yet I have a 1.72 second reload time. Another player has 1.5 (no Sigma is available at the moment). So how did he reach 1.5 seconds? The description below seems off.

Torpedo Launcher Reload Time

Below you shall find the maximum amount of Torpedo Reload Time.

Base: 4 sec
Advanced Loaders: 20.4%
Level 3 Torpedo Operator: 6%
Torpedo Loader: 1 sec
Powder Moneky: 20%

Total: 1.5 sec

With regards to reload times, As with damage stats, defense etc. please remember that new items/buffs etc. are constantly being introduced which can alter statistics on either a permanent or temporary basis.

For instance, you mention torpedo reload times, do you have any Amfer cores crafted and equipped? this item alone will reduce your reload time.

Keep a close eye on any new buffs/items etc. that may be available or newly introduced which may benefit you with your requirements.

Yes - I also knew that Amarax and Zorax launchers also affect reload time, and since there are many aspects to this game, that's why I asked. Thank you.
