"Authorization Failed!" in in-game chat

    Hi,

    I was chat banned for 2 days on June 29 after saying that someone who used 3 accounts to sink me was playing unfair (i.e., a cheating tactic). To date, I still don't understand how that deserved a chat ban, but support was insistent that using the word "cheating" is forbidden ... but I digress. My ban should have expired on July 1st, but every time I log in it says "Authorization Failed!" in the game chat.

    I've tried logging in and out, clearing cache, switching browsers, etc. -- nothing works. My friends say they have no problem so I have to assume the unbanning didn't work properly. Can anyone advise what I should do?
