automatic logout

    User ID: 85/35647378 as if the game wasnt bad enough with all the crap they refuse to fix now cant log in? when i finally am able to log on it starts a 30 sec countdown to log out every time i stop moving? an then doesnt even count the full 30 sec and logs me out an try to log back in an it says server unavailable or congestion error congestion really? lol only congestion on my server is the npcs as most ppl have quit

    Seafight is experiencing a little problem like any other game gets, even the new generation of games. The best we can all do as a community is to sit back, support the employees and hope for the best!

    I am experiencing the same problems. I don't consider this a little problem not being able to log in or stay logged on. This was happening yesterday in the raid map also. I also am have to reconfigure my sea chart every time I log on as ll the boxes are crammed up in one corner. I am spending more time repairing and buying sails as I am being sunk by baby boats as I try to get back on the water. I have lost most of my gold due to this little problem. But hey the forum works. I have sent two tickets into support since February 18th and they have not been replied too. Could you please let support know that no one is answering tickets? Till this is fixed folks I do not suggest you buy anything with a cc, I was double charged and you cannot get a hold of the payment support either. I sat last years birthday event out as it had too many little problems for me to be able to play. I do want to thank bp for fixing the scrolls and the shinys, and the range, and the repair issues. Shouldn't these problems been fixed 8 years ago?

    lol a little problem? have you even played the game? this is nothing like any other game and its very hard to sit back an enjoy a game that is broken in almost every aspect

    Ahoy America,

    The login problem seems to have cleared up now, most ship are able to get back onto the waters including me. Give it a try and see if your ship can get onto the water. As of the boxes what are you on about, the ones that show the event and panel at the bottom of the page? Support may have a lot of tickets to answer and it may take time for them to reach you, like you have said the forums are great and some people might be able to help you! There's not much you can really say about the problems currently in the game as Seafight Employees will try their best to fix these problems, not everything can be fixed instantly although we all wish they could!


    Ahoy Barnacleboy,

    I have played Seafight for 3 years and very much enjoy this game, many games do have issues similar to what we experience here for example: Congestion. This game is not exactly broken in almost every aspect, problems are being fixed as we speak. Also I would like to add that the internet is constantly upgrading and maintaining a Browser Game can be a bit of a pain to keep up! We just have to respect the employees work and support them.

    Please also always post your user id and server that you play on if you are having technical issues with your account that you feel will need looked into.

    If you receive enough points you will be banned from posting anywhere in the forum.

    Barnacleboy, there is no need to get rude on me.

    I'm trying to help you out and you're throwing it into my face, I'm not trying to argue but you've started the argument yourself. Mods are not always free though Barnacleboy and sometimes you just got to respect other peoples replies to help you.

    Also what I have read is that it might be due to Congestion.

    As you want to be rude and disrespectful towards me, I will leave this Thread.
