banned for no reason

i'v been banned from log in and i don't know why when i try to log in USA 1 (East Coast) it says Banned until: Unlimited i click play abox appear with this message errors_login_lockedNoReasonNoDate can anyone help me or tell me why i'm even banned???

is that the end i can't get my account back????
i play only with that account i don't use gold exploits or anything i just play like all other players together with guild players help each other with gold to build agood ship and thats all
pls if there is anyway to get the account back tell me so we can fix that problem
