    My id is 14833055 my ship got hacked 10 weeks ago i told bp about it they put a temp ban on the ship i send them prove they wanted the first email addy so i send it and the names and how much i spend on it and got no reply than a few weeks ago i asked about my ship than thy say i bought the ship thats why its banned the ship belong to my dad told them this than got a email saying its my fault why the ship got hacked and i keep sending emails to them and they just wont reply i send them prove its my ship and they just wont reply to my emails so pls let me have my ship back

    Ahoy mate,

    Unfortunately, all issues with banned accounts must be taken up with support. Their word supersedes ours and thus their word is final. I am sorry, but these are the rules. Please continue to deal with the support team.
