    Without a user id, user name or server we are unable to assist in this matter. However if you do not want all other players to know what the reason is I respectfully suggest you contact our Customer Care Team for this information.

    Its on the uk server on this account im using in the forum. I cant see my name or user id as it just says
    enEngland 1 RecommendedPlay

    I don't mind people seeing on here

    This account has been removed from the server due to the offensive and insulting name you chose to use.

    You will need to contact the Customer Care Team with 3 different names you would like for them to change this and to then lift the ban. They will require your user id which is 39/3318635

    As there is nothing further that can be done on the forum this post will be closed.
