    It was stated several times that the players that were recently banned for using exploits would receive lifetime bans yet in the past week they are coming back on the water. So much for that. Not like there is a lot of credibility anyhow. Bla bla bla, we cannot discuss bla bla bla. Done with the innumerable offenses of repeat violators and promise of bans that they REFUSE to actually enforce to the degree stated. It's like you actually ENCOURAGE them to continue to do it since they know you won't keep your word regarding this mockery of 'lifetime bans'.

    Have you ever considered that the players you saw may have yet to be banned? Why don't you report them so their accounts can be investigated faster?

    Ahoy

    I can assure you that all players banned for cheats will have been banned permanently.

    There are loads of reasons why a player might receive a session ban, and it's not always a permanent one, therefore they can come back afterwards.

    Due to legal restrictions, we're unable to reveal why a player might of been banned, but rest assured, all cheats will face judgement day!

    The bans I am referring to are those that were for an extended period of time in excess of 30 days, many 90 days or longer. I doubt these would be deemed a 'session ban' rather something more severe than a minor infraction yet they are allowed to again return to the water. So it seems like you are allowing players that were found using exploits to return to the game contradicting what was stated would be the consequences, a permanent ban.

    Ahoy,

    There was an update saying that all cheats will receive a perminant ban if found guilty.

    There are reasons other than cheating that can warrent a 360 day ban and they are still able to come back after.

    Has this fully answered you now? :)

    Almost, can you explain what infractions are deemed not cheating that could warrant such a ban? Are all those that are caught using exploits for bonus maps, market place, bots, ammo, and cannon 'advantages' going to be permanently banned?

    Temporary bans are for things like:
    • Rude emails to support
    • Harassment of players or moderators (depending on level of harassment)
    • Username changes
