    bigpoint obviously didn't think clearly, need to have level 3 bastion cannons to unlock the level 4 packs, and no way to buy or craft level 3's because the packs are locked (level 3 cap) and the recipes aren't on sale. clever bigpoint, your greediness just lost you 200 euros xD
