Beams and pirates vs deck now slots?

    In pirates show this Level 2 Commander In stock: 1 but when go to boarding system on seachart to equip shows 0 and can only put on 380 pirates was 510 before sync? So that is the number of beams that were for decks before seems now can no longer have beams and pirates at same time as before when was decks now slots.
