Beginners protection

    I agree little boats need Protection from high level players coming down to the low maps just for "free Battle Points". My question is, do players ever have to level up or can they stay L5 forever? I have gone to the low maps to help a guild mate do a test/quest and run into some really strong boats. I also hear that they dominate the SUN MAP. I think they need a time/size limit so the "real" beginners are not fighting a L15 + boat with a L5 tag. JMHO Ratt
