    can someone deck my boat out with full skills and pearl decks and a bunch of pearls. id really appreiate it i cant try the new stuff out if i dont have an elite ships and stuff. thanks

    They won't give you anything. They just randomly give people items to test or use to test. So its mre luck, such as logging in at the right time.
