    theyopen it again when there come a new event or updates

    mostly this thake 1-2 weeks

    Hi

    )Pitbull is correct.

    The beta server is there for seafight developers to see how upcomming updates will work on an open playing field, this gives them time to sort out any major issues.
    Hence, when there is no updates to come, it shall be closed. It was open for the Titan event that should go live today. So the answer to your question is, as Moderators do not know when upcomming events are going to go live- we therefore, cannot tell you when the beta server will be open.

    As this is fully answered, I shall close.
