Bidding on decks

    I just won the bid for decks 6 times in a row and every time I just get the gold back with no decks. Am I to low of a level to get them or something? How do I get my decks if I can't even buy them?

    there is new system for decks, you buy the gold ones and win bids to upgrade them to pearl ones, however if the decks are not credited then that's an issue

    they arent being credited, I even tried buying all the gold decks and Im just getting refunded my bids at the end of the hour.

    ex:
    2014-08-06 20:01:04System-credited gold.<Bid amount exactly here> Gold

    That's the most recent one, I've been trying all day hoping 1 will go through, but I'm not getting any wins, and checking the past wins for decks showed a decks won at noon, but no other time slots
