Bigpoint care about fair players ?

    Why do players using bugs and bots do not have a zeroing accounts as it is in darkorbit? why bugged cannon castles and other items are on their accounts? it is fair to the players who build their accounts losing time and money? how honest players have to compete with cheaters?
    Khaled says - we belive in fairplay , we care most about is our gamers -
    where is the fairplay? and where that care about a fair player?

    The way each game is handled is by its own dev team. This is up to them. Darkorbit is a separate dev team.

    But this is one company and the same Managing Director Khaled Helioui ,
    he said " at Bigpoint we are about games , we do the games and the thing we care most about is our gamers, we belive in fairplay "

    Where is the care for the honest players? where is the fairplay?
    in seafight honest players are not the most important ? Please explain to me why I have to spend money and other dishonest players can have it for free using bugs and bots?
    I gladly stay banned for three months in exchange for a full castles, several sets of cannons, full talents and several million bugged cannonball .

    We take cheating within this game very seriously. We are constantly innovating our scripts to catch as many as possible, but like viruses constantly change to avoid virus scanners,the script writers tweak theirs to avoid our detection tools.

    Unfortunately, the unethical people who develop these scripts are very adept at staying on top of new implementations and finding other ways to exploit the way the game is delivered to our users. This is a never-ending battle.

    We do value and respect our honest players, regardless of yours or other's perceptions. Without players like you, this game would not be nearly as enjoyable as it is.

    In these situations, if you feel someone or something needs looked into, please send any information you may have to our Customer Care Team. With your help hopefully we will be able to speed up the process, therefore resolving the issue quicker.

    It's understandable that this could cause you some frustration. We do check out every complaint, we test and retest, however you can't just accuse someone of cheating without proof. I know you are frustrated and angry; we don't like seeing players upset and discouraged, we are working hard to resolve such issues from recurring, but we also need to respect the player and the laws before jumping to the conclusion they are cheating.
