    Fenghuang Raiders can be found in the Delta of the Hai Yan map.

    I was in Hai Yan map, there was only the 2 big ships in there.
    Can you check with the devs whether the raiders stop spawning when the big ships are out?

    Ahoy,

    That is indeed the case. Until the Emperor's Raider is sunk the Fenghuang Raiders will no longer spawn.
