Birthday gift not received

    Hi Seren,
    thanks for responding to my original thread

    I followed your instruction and logged out completely. However after logging in again and going onto the seachart I still didn't get the birthday gift.

    I also tried with my other accounts. They all did not receive the free gifts when logging onto the seachart. I picked up a couple of glitters to show that I was on the map.

    Would be great if you could check.

    Hello I have this same problem too i don't get a free gifts i tried loggin 4 times but i still don't get can you check?

    I have just received notification that all American players will receive their gifts at approximately 8.30 am local time. So please ensure you log in again after that time.
