    People seem to be buying the legacy and event ship, yet i cannot as it does not show me, why is this happening? :D

    If you click the black market tab on the drop down you get when you hover your mouse pointer over the market cove, and scroll down to buffs and ship designs, they should be there ready for you to purchase.
