    Hi the black market is closed but when are event keys and gingers going to be exchanged?

    Also why are some things in the normal market not working? e.g. harpoons, raid medallions etc...

    He likely is referring to the inability to bid on repair cannons and elite harpoons.

    They are still listed as not available for auction.
