    blackgunpowder used to give buff, 10% hit chance and increase dmg.
    But, i saw the buff descriiption on the game screen, it says only 10% hit chance
    so, whats right?
    And for the blackpowder SKILL, does it gives additional bonus on hit chances? Dmg? or Both?

    Ahoy,

    The item Black Gunpowder provides you with 10% more Hit Probability.

    The Skill which provides Black Gunpowder Bonus, increases your damage by that amount when you have Black Gunpowders equipped.
