Boat banned a while back

    So a few months ago, I had a boat that was perm banned. After emailing support back and forth for awhile (after a little while they told me the ticket was resolved and stopped responding even though I am not really clear about this ban), I would like some clarification.

    This boat was the leader of a guild that had quite a bit of gold (some dude put alot of gold into the guild) and that seems to be the reason why because this boat never had used any cheats... Because of this I am still not completely clear on why this boat got a perm ban... Can a mod/admin possibly clarify this for me?
