Bokor crates not booked

    Hello ,
    I buyed today 2 bokor crates and it never been booked on my account:
    my User ID: 39/10178209 on UK server
    15.05.2014 459178196 S Voodoo Crate Pack Credit card €1.99

    I send inquiry over to support and received the automatic response :
    05.15.2014 15:45Thanks for your inquiry. Your game currency was already transferred to your account. It was done right after we received payment for your order.

    After every order, please remember to check your game account balance as well as the voucher overview. Vouchers can sometimes take longer.

    Your ticket has been closed.

    But if u look on to my account i hv no crates !

    Can this be sorted please?

    The 'bokors chalice' option isn't there but i believe when it gets there your crates will be safe and sound..
    Seems to be a bug where the bokor chalice isn't appearing for 'anyone'
