    hello, on 10/15/14 i purchased a $125 dollar bokor pack on 10/20/14 the money was taken from my account and have exchanged several emails with support. on 10/22/14 i was told by support that they would be running script on 10/23/14 or 10/24/14 and its now 10/27/14 and i still have not recieved any bokor crates on my acoount. i would like a response and help with this issue before the drawing on 10/31/14 and they items put on my account promptly please. i am a loyal player of this game and have spent alot of hard earned money to enjoy playing it. thank you ColdHeritage101 634/36659079
