    I got on this morning and in payment you had Bokor crates for sale so I got the small one for 2.49 then when I went to use them Borkor chalice wasn;t on yet,now that the Borkor chalice is on,Iwent to use my two creats and it shows that I have none when I should have two,I checked my card and you took the money so can I have the creats I payed for but never got and how long before I get them?or should I just stop payment to you? my I.D. number is 40/23046807 at least give me what I already payed for

    If purchased this before the event was active on your server you will need to have patience for these to be issued. We are aware the layer was there but the ability should not have been possible. Rest assured if you have made a payment to Bigpoint you will get your items.

    However we will need to run a script to place these crates upon your account, please be advised that this may take up to a week. We can guarantee that these crates will be issued before the lottery takes place.
