Bokor's Chalice No Crates Received

    I bought some crates but there missing. I go to Bokor's Chalice and it says i have 0 pls help.

    i log out and log in.. but no crates there.

    The October Bokor’s Chalice will run from 15th October at 12 noon (CEST) until 31st October 12 noon (CEST).

    We are aware the layer was there but the ability should not have been possible at the time you purchased them. Rest assured if you have made a payment to Bigpoint you will get your items.

    However we will need to run a script to place these crates upon your account, please be advised that this may take up to a week. We can guarantee that these crates will be issued before the lottery takes place.

    Ahoy mate,

    This is definitely something that we want fixed. However, we are not in charge of this. This script will be run by the development team. It will be run before the chalice drawings occur so you can use them.
