    Please be aware that if you purchased these before 12 noon local server time that these may not be visible for players to use. We are aware the layer was there but the ability should not have been possible. Rest assured if you have made a payment to Bigpoint you will get your items.

    However we will need to run a script to place these crates upon your account, please be advised that this may take up to a week. We can guarantee that these crates will be issued before the lottery takes place.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    That is the same speech I got from support, they better be booked to our accounts today. We have payed for product and not received, in my book that is theft!!!!

    Ahoy mate,

    As Shiver has stated, they will be placed upon your account and you will be able to use them. There is no theft occurring. There is a glitch and it will be rectified.

    It is BPs glitch, not mine. I have contacted my bank already and because I payed using my CC, this can be considered CC fraud. So I suggest that BP get the product to my account TODAY and fix there problems not at my expense

    This matter is being resolved, and the script will be run to place these upon your account in due course. Whilst I totally understand your frustration, there is no point in demanding this, it will be done as soon as possible.
