    Hi. I was lucky enough to win the Demonwing ship in the November Bokor draw. As I already have this ship, I contacted support on the 1st Dec (as you advised in a previous forum post) asking for another prize to be awarded (the doomhammer cannons). I've not heard from them yet and I dont have the cannons logged to my account.
    I dont want to appear as though I'm whining, but other players are enjoying their winnings right now. Should I contact them again?

    Ahoy mate,

    They will respond to you. Things are a little backed up at the moment. This will be sorted for you however. All I can ask for rigsht now is your patience. You will not need to contact them again.
