    the bokors did not become active until 12.00 on the servers, therefor you have bought the crates before they were active, you will need to contact support as they will need to run a script to put these on your account, it is an error that allows you to buy the crates before the active time.

    Please do contact our Support Team Dragonsea, if you wish to dispute this, but all crates will be issued when a script is run.
