    We are aware of the problems with the Bokor’s Chalice end reward booking. We are looking into it now. This should be resolved latest by the end of the day on Monday.

    The rewards still have not been given out, any idea when?

    The Bokor's should be given out in the near future. All that we can ask is that you refer to the event announcements with regards to this, as we will know as soon as you're able to know.
