    From Dec 24 .2014 much time has passed , when can we expect a permanent ban , ?

    is this another yet another empty promise (lie) from Bigpoint ? many cheaters have used this exploit , bigpoint hopes that players will forget and that Bigpoint protect cheaters again?

    Ahoy BigDon,

    All those who have used this exploit will be banned. Unfortunately, it does take time to collect the right data to ban a player.

    All that we can ask is that you have patience with us in this on going battle against the exploiters.

    Not really, you are copying information from the official announcement, waiting for the elimination of cheaters takes too long .

    Ahoy mate,

    As Rise has stated, banning players is not a snap of the fingers. It takes time to collect all the data to permanently ban a player. There are certain precedents that must be fulfilled first. As there is nothing more on this subject to add, I will close this thread.
