booty bags... HELP

    How do I open a booty bag? It is showing up in my depot but I can't figure out how to get the crystals...

    Go to a safe haven.
    Click on the gem cutter. A page will open on your screen.
    Click on the booty bag tab. Another page will open on your screen.
    Click and drag the booty bag into the area labeled "bag content".
    Click on each gem card to reveal what each gem is.
    When finished, click the x in the upper right of the bag content page to close the gem cutter.
