    Hello,

    I have purchased packs at 18/12/20, at first the packs came in my account, went for a smoke and re-logged, after that i've came to notice that my hits were exactly the same as they were before i purchased the cannons, packs etc..
    it seems that my account had been roll-backed before i made the purchase, but my bigpoint game cards were totally empty and I have the purchase receipts, i e-mailed support, but for some reason over 48+ hours without any response, sadly.
    did anybody else have this problem? and knows what I can possibly do, except for waiting?

    Unfortunately we here on the forum are unable to assist with payment queries, this must be handled by Support, which as you have stated you have contacted.
