bought savings pack 1

    Hello
    I bought a savings pack 1 yesterday using ultimate game card i also bought 5000 pearls. I got the 5000 pearls but no savings pack I don't have the terror of the seas or 10000 pearls or elite mate. I contacted payment support they show confirmation of my purchase i also have email confirmation from bigpoint and ultimate game card. I received pearls immediately but no savings pack payment says both items credited to my account to contact technical support which i did with no reply. Am I missing something is there a special button to push to get my pack or a voucher code to enter? my user name is wolfers2 my user id is 40/41990030 any help would be appreciated

    Yes i understand that it is not a payment issue its technical they say it there i cant find it it does not show up on my side

    payment support says it a technical support issue payment is fine and showing credited to my account its not showing on my side

    I honestly can't help with this, if you have logged a ticket with support they will answer you, they are just incredibly busy just now.
